The Canopy
The Canopy is a 406-unit Executive Condominium in Yishun with full condominium facilities and a unique green canopy covering the front porch.
Its central green space is made up of themed-play areas like a 50m lap pool, a children’s wading pool, as well as gym and dining pavilions. A strong visual and physical axis also runs from The Canopy’s entrance to Yishun Neighbourhood Park. Winner of the BCA Green Mark Gold Plus certification standard, it incorporates designs that help to promote environmental sustainability. Various green techniques were used such as the use of recycled building materials, the harnessing of rain water and environmentally responsible construction management, and the provision recycle bins and bicycle racks.
