花拉广场公园酒店

本项目为位于花拉公园地铁站上方坐落在停车场平台上的300间主要酒店套房和医疗套房。

因花拉公园公园酒店与花拉公园地铁站相连,在施工过程中必须尽量减少对旅客的影响。由于酒店和医疗套房开发项目是花拉广场更大型的医疗酒店业发展的一部分,本项目涉及利益高度多元化的多个不同利益相关者,因此在项目过程中必须积极管理。

Park Hotel at Farrer Square

The project involved the erection of the 300 key hotel and medical suite sitting on car park podiums and located above the Farrer Park MRT station.

Park Hotel Farrer Park interfaces with the Farrer Park MRT station and disruption to the travelling public had to be minimised during construction. With the hotel and medical suite development being part of the larger Farrer Square healthcare and hospitality development, the project involved multiple stakeholders with highly diverse interests which had to be actively managed over the course of the project.

The collaborative approach that was adopted by SJ’s project management team ensured that all the stakeholders, including the client, operators, consultants and the multiple contractors jointly approached the project to bring it to fruition. The hands-on approach of SJ’s project management team provided confidence to the authorities to grant the approval expeditiously thus enabling progress at the site to proceed unhindered.
