Suzhou Shin Kong Place
Shin Kong Place is the largest of the supermarket department store chains in Taiwan. The development is located in the CBD of Suzhou Industrial Park and includes a 22-storey office building as well as an 8-storey shopping mall.
The company is a joint venture between the Japanese department store chain, Mitsukoshi Ltd. and the Taiwan-based Shin Kong Group. They set their first store in Beijing, China in year 2007 with a GFA of 180,000 square metres and followed with the second store in Chengdu, China.
Surbana Jurong secured a consultancy project with Shin Kong Place to provide Project Management Services for their commercial complex development project in Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP).
