Spanning 35,400 square metres, the town centre is envisioned to comprehensively serve the needs of the town’s populace, comprising a balanced mix of commercial, retail, social and residential functions.
Anchoring the development is a bus interchange building with integrated civic amenities such as a multiplex and rooftop performance stage. Our architects tapped on their combined experience of designing neighbourhood centres and residential apartments, thereby amalgamating the two aspects into a benchmark development for the town of Guali.
