启奥生物医药园一期

启奥生物医药园是生物医药公共研究机构及实验室的所在之地，旨在促进各组织和机构的合作，也印证了新加坡在研发领域的成功。

一期（3.87 公顷）由7幢建筑物组成，可容纳来自公共和私人研究机构的约1500名科学家。此次开发提供了协同环境，以促进研究人员之间的协作和互动。同时，建有一座动物处理设施，为公共和私人研究活动提供支持。1期于2003年完成。

Biopolis I

Biopolis, under the Singapore Technopreneur 21 initiative, aims to create the right environment to nurture a thriving technopreneur community.

Phase 1 (3.87 ha) comprised of 7 blocks of buildings which accommodate about 1,500 scientists from both the public and private research institutes. The development provides a synergistic environment which promotes collaboration and interaction among researchers. At the same time, the presence of an animal handling facility gives crucial support to both private and public research activities. Phase 1 was completed in 2003.
