B+H was engaged as a special consultant for the Beijing Airport Authority to review and evaluate the design development drawings and equipment tendering as well as design the baggage handling system and wayfinding system.
The scope of work included apron and gate planning, capacity analysis, passenger and baggage process analysis, terminal facility and space planning, and schematic design of the terminal covering an area of 255,000 sqm. They also assisted the client with airport FIDS and aircraft parking layouts
