Surbana Jurong secured this JTC MedTech Hub project – a 9-storey facility, designed to house the full horizontal and vertical components of the Medtech manufacturing value chain, enabling greater operational efficiencies, economies of scale and active collaboration. The total GFA for the project is 50,000 square metres. The scope of services provided were Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Structural & Quantity Surveying.
