JTC CleanTech Two
Besides its state-of-the-art green features, JTC CleanTech Two is configured to support research and prototyping activities and houses cleantech incubation facilities to cater to the growing demand in the industry.
Surbana Jurong was awarded the JTC CleanTech Two project , the winning design has 50% space which utilizes day lighting, and generates 50% less heat compared to BCA’s Green Platinum requirement. It also has a fully naturally ventilated carpark. The total GFA of JTC CleanTech Two is 38,000 square metres.
