Health City Novena
The Health City Novena master plan is a blueprint to turn a healthcare facility zone into a vibrant community of mixed uses including healthcare, medical education, research and commercial activities.
The master plan was drawn up by Surbana Jurong in collaboration with Broadway Malyan. It provides a flexible framework to respond to future growth and ensures that the various developments are well planned and integrated.
A key feature is the pedestrian boulevard running from Novena MRT station through the heart of Health City, covering the different land uses and activities.
