Hui Ling joined Surbana Jurong in 2019 and is a hydrology engineer in the Sustainability and Resiliency Office. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering with specialisation in Civil Infrastructure. Hui Ling is also a member of the Institute of Engineers, Singapore, and a certified Resident Engineer.

Hui Ling is the lead project and technical engineer providing flood resiliency consultancy to support large scale master planning and infrastructure design, including the Amata development. She specialises in flood risk assessment and mitigation. She is proficient in multiple advanced hydrology modelling software for integrated fluvial and pluvial flood resiliency assessment.
