Our flagship project – Suzhou Industrial Park – is an integrated township with industrial parks development supported by housing, community, recreational and educational facilities. Surbana Jurong undertook the master planning (including the Development Guide Plan), for Phases 1, 2 & 3 and also Project Management of the entire work. The Township is a 7,000ha industrial park with integrated work-live-learn-play concept; the key development feature is the sandwich-structured park designed with different functional areas such as IT Park, Export Processing Zone, International Science Park, Dushu Lake High Education District and Modern Logistics Centre.
