Each unit in the Westcom is distributed in a column-free layout with wide frontage to private lorry lots. Ramp-up vehicular access is provided for rigid frame 20-footer right up to the doorstep of each Westcom’s unit while 40-footer access is only constrained to 1st storey loading/ unloading area, for minimal traffic conflict
