Oasis Terraces
Spanning over 27,400 sqm, Oasis Terraces, located in the North-East Region of Singapore, is a mixed used development that integrates communal amenities and services in land scarce Singapore.
Located next to Oasis Light Rail Transit (LRT) station, Oasis Terraces is a new generation neighbourhood centre situated along the Punggol Waterway. The project comprises healthcare facilities and will include communal gardens, play spaces, gyms, retail spaces, dining, and learning spaces, all of which are expected to come together into a new generation of integrated development.
KTP, a member of the Surbana Jurong Group, provided the structural engineering services for the project.
