Kertajati Aerocity
Surbana Jurong was engaged to review the existing master plan and overall design of the Kertajati Aerocity, through the introduction of Integrated City Development concept. Unique to Indonesia, this project was supported by multi-modal mass transportation, Smart City and Transit Oriented Development.
Kertajati Aerocity development was also planned to have operational synergy with Cirebon Seaport. The key objective was to conduct a strategic study to position and categorise the sequencing of the development phase.
