Durgapur Airport
Surbana Jurong collaborated with the client to provide Architecture, Design and Development and tender documentation for the new terminal at Durgapur Airport.
The project is a new domestic airport and part of the new Durgapur Aerotropol, located in the industrial city of West Bengal. It is the first private airport capable of handling up to one million domestic passengers annually within the state.
Conceived as the catalyst for the development of an aviation hub in Durgapur, the terminal will cater for domestic travelers and improve connectivity.
