Mohit is a Contracts and Commercial management professional with more than 19 years of experience in contract management, drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution, commercial management, debt management and project controls. He has attained his Master in Business Administration from IMT Ghaziabad, India and CCCM from NICMAR India. Mohit adds to his accolades various certifications in strategic, commercial, contracts management and dispute resolution. He has contributed a number of articles on Contracts and Management topics in various journals and news daily. He is currently working with SMEC as Head for Commercial Operations and Corporate Services, in which he also manages the administration and information technology departments. He is a member of the Indian Council of Arbitration, India, and many other reputed bodies.
