Jimmy Lee

Jimmy has a Master’s of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. Prior to that, he also obtained a Masters of Engineering and Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Cornell University’s College of Engineering under a full scholarship from the Singapore Government.

Jimmy is an experienced Smart City and business-technology consultant specialising in ICT transformation for large nationwide and citywide infrastructure-based people-centric developments, including large international airports. He has deep insight into the workings of the technology ecosystem, and is able to formulate end-to-end business and technology transformation roadmaps leveraging public, private as well as people sector capabilities.

Besides high-level planning, Jimmy is also able to help clients at all levels of implementation. He is experienced in the end-to-end technology stack from ICT Infrastructure and support services to the latest location-based services and front-end web technologies. He is also experienced in all levels of technology management, from ICT Portfolio Management to Capability and Competency Development to Integrated Project Management.

Prior to life as a management consultant, Jimmy spent eight years as a technology manager and internal consultant for Singapore’s Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Home Affairs, including a stint as Assistant Chief Information Officer in charge of a US$100M annual technology portfolio, as well as Head of ICT Business Analysis Centre of Excellence.
