Bob Tilbury is the Market Director for the SMEC Water & Environment groups in Australia and New Zealand, equipped with 25 years’ experience in the water sector. He is overseeing a combined business comprising 280 staff.

Bob’s areas of specialties include:

• Water, dams & hydropower;
• Project leadership, steering committee and project management team inputs;
• Project governance and project team support;
• Interface management between design and statutory approvals teams;
• Project advisory, review and approvals;
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams;
• Client relationship and contract management; and
• Stakeholder management
